Bin Location Maintenance - Change Bin Locations

Use this option to change the bin location details for selected items as required.

Warning While you can set up a change batch in advance, the changes should not be processed while users are logged in and using the system.

Technical Tip You can also use this option to delete empty bins. While the Delete Empty Bins option (see "Bin Location Maintenance - Delete Empty Bins") deletes all empty bins in a selected warehouse according to picking slip or goods receipt priority, this option gives you more filtering options so you can be more selective about which empty bins to delete.

You create bin changes in a batch that can be reviewed and amended before processing. The following sections explain how to:
